Jesus in the scriptures tells us, “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:35-40) In this ministry, we take time to recognize what the Lord had been telling us to help out the ones who are in need. Our Lord is one that always gave a hand to the ones in need and we must be true followers and follow the example that He has given us. To give is better than to receive!

Entonces los justos le responderán: 'Señor, ¿cuándo te vimos hambriento y te alimentamos, o sediento y te dimos de beber? ¿Cuándo te vimos forastero y te invitamos a pasar, o te vimos necesitado de ropa y te vestimos? ¿Cuándo te vimos enfermo o en la cárcel y fuimos a visitarte?’ “El Rey les responderá: ‘En verdad les digo que todo lo que hicieron por uno de estos hermanos míos más pequeños, lo hicieron por mí’. (Mateo 25:35-40) En este ministerio, tomamos tiempo para reconocer lo que el Señor nos ha estado diciendo para ayudar a los que están en necesidad. Nuestro Señor es uno que siempre dio una mano a los necesitados y debemos ser verdaderos seguidores y seguir el ejemplo que Él nos ha dado. Dar es mejor que recibir!
